Bye Mitten, Hi Cruise [Part I]

This cruise ship wasn’t like any other cruise, the entire boat was filled with “like-minded” individuals that has become a family. This is going to be one of my most greatest memories. Lives were changed and decisions were made.

Happy To Be Home

After a week of 80 degree weather, a beautiful cruise and scenic palm trees, coming home to 10 degree weather with almost a foot of snow didn’t seem too appealing to me. In an odd way it feels so good to be home with this little pup who had an exciting 2 minutes outside before she was ready to come in.

But lets just say I have extreme Spring fever.

I’ve always had a liking for any edge to a wardrobe even it’s a cutesy dress I’d throw a pair of combat boots along with it to give it some “umph.” When my friend Rachelwore this leather coat over I knew I was going hijack it for a post, and knew exactly what to wear with it.

A Pop Of Yellow

I’ve always had a little crush on mustard yellow. When I saw these shorts I fell in complete love. Obviously the question came to mind. Kristin, do you really need these? It’s the middle of January in Michigan, But how can you resist them they’re too adorable and are the best fit. I decided to pair them with cute polka dot tights, a pair of booties and a necklace to match.

Heres a few Instagrams from my life lately.  Of course food, Christmas, Baby Millie, Matty and some Crystals I received from a few of my clients. (love them!) As bloggers I feel we really try so hard to capture the  perfect moment. The perfect walk the perfect head tilt the perfect purse angle. I love the fact that you can share your special moments (that aren’t planned) and they truly mean the world. Like the Fanta and Coke picture above that was when Matt and I were traveling back and forth to families houses for Thanksgiving and when I had the realization that wow I love this boy and this is all that I’ve ever wanted. Honestly just driving around with a guy I completely adore and drinking Cane Sugar filled Fanta and Coca- Cola talking about aliens or something… (hahaha) But for real..

I love that you can tie memories into these photos and I will cherish every single one forever because each one has a significant memory behind it.

When I first saw theses Snowmen on Pinterest (of course) I clicked the link here and fell in love! I had to recreate them! They were such a huge hit for a Holiday Party. Everyone loved them and thought they were adorable! I still think they’re great for any party for the Winter Season!

Sometimes theres items that I see in a store and they seem to magically end up in my closet. This dress was one of those things. I couldn’t help but to feel extremely “Cutsey” but sophisticated when I first tried it on. I feel like this dress will take the place of a couple “little black dresses” It will be a great dress for any type of occasion and will look beautiful throughout each season.
